King’s Covenant Conference FAQ
Hello Kingdom Cove Family,
We understand that you could have chose to fellowship anywhere else, and we are over the moon that you have decided to fellowship with us for such a special time. The King’s Covenant conference is a great time for believer who desire marriage to be encouraged, to be uplifted, as well as be in a safe space to have their hearts, heard, and their questions answered.
We have created this page to help our out of town guest navigate through the area through conference weekend. Below you will find some frequently asked questions, and prayerfully helpful answers to help you prepare for conference weekend. Have more questions that weren’t addressed below? I’m flying into the DMV for this conference, what is the best airport for me to fly into?
- If your preferred airline is American Airlines, Delta Airlines, or Frontier Airlines it may be best to fly into Ronald Raegan National (DCA) which is about 30 minutes from the venue.
- If your preferred airline is Spirit Airlines, or Southwest it may be best to fly into Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) which is about 58 minutes from the venue.
- If your preferred airline is United Airlines it my be best to fly into Washington Dulles International (IAD) which is about 53 minutes from the venue.
Time estimates are based on times where there is no traffic, times are subject to change based on traffic.
What are some recommended hotels for this conference?
- The hotel closet to the venue is Residence Inn Upper Marlboro Joint Base Andrews. The address is 1700 Ritchie Station Ct, Capitol Heights, MD, 20743. This hotel is 17 minutes away from the venue.
- If you are flying into DCA and want to stay near the airport we recommend the National Harbor which may come up as Oxon Hill, recommended hotels would be The Westin Washington National Harbor, The AC Hotel, and Hyatt Place Nation Harbor.
- If you are flying into being the recommended hotel is Aloft BWI Baltimore Washington International Airport.
What might be the best time to fly in, to avoid traffic.
- We recommend flying in early or around mid day on Friday possibly landing anywhere between 12pm and 2pm. Landing around this time will give you ample time to get lunch, check into your hotel room, freshen up, and get a good idea of the traffic flow to plan your trip to the venue.
If I want to connect with other attendees who may be traveling in and staying at the same hotel how can we connect?
